Stone Crosses

Final Sale / No Returns

All completed artwork is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange due to changes in preference, buyer's remorse, or a change of mind. Customers are encouraged to review the design, dimensions, materials, colors, and other specifications before approving the project.

Custom Orders & Cancellations

Because custom artwork is created specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund once materials have been purchased or work has begun. The deposit remains non-refundable if the customer changes their mind, cancels the project, or decides they no longer want the completed piece.

Completion Time

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith and are based on the project's scope, materials, design, and current production schedule. Because each piece is individually handcrafted, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause a project to take longer than originally estimated.

If Tru Stone Creations Cannot Complete the Project

If Tru Stone Creations determines that it is unable to complete a custom project, the customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. If the project cannot be completed and an alternative completion date or mutually acceptable solution cannot be arranged, any unused portion of the customer's payment will be refunded, including the deposit to the extent required by applicable law.

Shipping Cost is included in price for USA only (not including Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii)

Pricing and products are also subject to availability. We will contact you if product is unavailable with an alternative selection.
